This is such a simple, healthy version of weekend pancakes that even the kids can make. Only five ingredients! Ingredients: 2 bananas 2 eggs 1 cup almond milk (or any milk)1 cup GF oats 3/4 tsp cinnamon Method: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until the consistency is smooth.Heat non-stick frying pan (medium heat).Using a ladle, pour into heated pan. Turn over once bubbles start appearing on individual pancakes. Cook other side for 1-2 minutes Serve with topping of your choice! Enjoy!
