This is such a simple, healthy version of weekend pancakes that even the kids can make. Only five ingredients!
1 cup almond milk (or any milk)
1 cup GF oats
3/4 tsp cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until the consistency is smooth.
Heat non-stick frying pan (medium heat).
Using a ladle, pour into heated pan.
Turn over once bubbles start appearing on individual pancakes.
Cook other side for 1-2 minutes
Serve with topping of your choice!
