My group sessions and programmes are perfect to learn tools and techniques to reduce and manage stress and anxiety in a group setting - either online of in person.
Set in peaceful and serene locations, I will teach you lifestyle practices to help build your stress resilience and avoid overwhelm.
Together we will also practice meditation, mental fitness and EFT tapping to bring your nervous system out of 'fight or flight' mode.
