My Wellness Workhops and Retreats are perfect to learn tools and techniques to reduce and manage stress and anxiety in a group setting.  

Set in peaceful and serene locations, I will teach you lifestyle practices to help build your stress resilience and avoid overwhelm. These include the power of nutrition, strategies for a good night's sleep, boundary setting, essential oils, how to sustain healthy habits and so much more. 

 

Together we will also practice meditation, mindfulness and EFT tapping to bring your nervous system out of 'fight or flight' mode.
