This simple recipe takes less than five minutes to prepare the night before and allows you to grab and go in the morning. So easy!
Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup almond milk - unsweetened (you can use any non-dairy milk
Half teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cacao powder
Handful of raspberries
Half of banana - sliced
Handful of cacao nibs
1 tsp maple syrup
Method:
Add oatmeal, milk and cinnamon into a jar. Close lid and shake for one minute. Place in fridge overnight.
In the morning, empty contents into a bowl and stir in the cacao powder. Then add banana, raspberries and cacao nibs. To finish, drizzle maple syrup over the top.
