Hi, I'm Meeta, a Certified Holistic Health & Stress Management Coach & EFT (Tapping) Practitioner.
I've always been extremely passionate about all things health, happiness and wellness! Feeling 'healthy' is so much more than what you eat. Yes, I firmly believe you should be eating your greens, but emotional wellbeing also plays a huge role in your overall vitality.
Through my own health struggles, I have realized how important it is to find balance in all areas of your life for vibrant health. Managing my stress in all of these pillars has played a huge role in my recovery, and self-care continues to be a non-negotiable in my daily life.
Today, I help individuals manage stress, anxiety and overwhelm using a mind-body approach with scientifically proven tools to manage their physical, emotional and mental health.
I also work with schools and corporate organizations of all sizes offering a bespoke 'Stress Resilience Toolkit' for individuals to build their own lifestyle plan to achieve their health and wellbeing goals.
Self-care is often labelled as a 'trend' or a luxury to cram into our busy lives. I don't believe this is the case. Self-care is a daily responsibility, especially as we navigate life through a pandemic.
Every single act of self-care is a measure of your stress resilience.
It doesn't have to be a huge chunk of your day and you shouldn't feel guilty for taking time to recharge.
