A free 30-minute consultation looking at where you may be feeling out of balance, identifying your priorities and wellness goals, and areas in which I may be able to help. The only cost to you is your time and it's a good opportunity for us to get to know each other in a relaxed environment. All clients must complete a free consultation before registering for any other services.
